Her Grand Imperial Majesty, Poa Labuana Mawodo, is the head of state and reigning Empress of Tamalaya. She was born on 3 December 1947 and succeeded her late mother, Empress Jianaa Labuana Mawodo, to the throne as the 19th monarch on 17 August 1963, at the age of fifteen.
